This involved dealer target setting and monthly forecasting.- Achieve regional dealer sales CSI target by ensuring that the necessary dealer CSI actions were implemented on a continuous basis.- Secure regional as well as dealer profitability through volume and model mix management, - Pipeline management to ensure required stocks at individual dealers to support the sales and model mix targets. - Develop, implement and communicate quarterly incentive campaigns, retail offers and wholesale stock opportunities. - Responsible for all regional new product launches and dealer activations.- Tasks included ensuring Dealers Standards and individual dealer sales/ product training• I was involved in, and assisted dealers with building strong relationships with key dealer fleets accounts. This involved participation in the regional dealer council.• It was necessary for me to compile monthly reports on regional performance, competitor activities and general market conditions, whilst monitoring and approving all relevant dealer advertising initiatives. I ensured that the required market share within each product category was achieved, and I provided Sales Performance Managers with guidance regarding the motivation of their individual dealers. • It was my duty to manage and control various projects within the regional office to enhance dealer performance, whilst ensuring that regional staff performance was managed and measured in line with the company performance appraisal framework.
