This involved participation in the regional dealer council.• It was necessary for me to compile monthly reports on regional performance, competitor activities and general market conditions, whilst monitoring and approving all relevant dealer advertising initiatives. I ensured that the required market share within each product category was achieved, and I provided Sales Performance Managers with guidance regarding the motivation of their individual dealers. • It was my duty to manage and control various projects within the regional office to enhance dealer performance, whilst ensuring that regional staff performance was managed and measured in line with the company performance appraisal framework.
