  •National Collegiate Scouting Bio:I played multiple sports growing up and my passion was basketball. I completed my college education at Lindenwood University and continued graduate studies there as well. After dealing with significant injury and completing my playing career, I worked with student athletes in the areas of basketball training, educational mentorship, and coached competitive travel AAU men and women’s basketball. As a player and a coach, I traveled to various events where college scouting was present, establishing a strong network of relationships. I worked in diverse leadership roles in non profit ministry and experienced business develop/ sales positions as a young adult. I have been fortunate to receive various leadership awards and have worked closely with communities and families. I am the founder of Martz Leadership Services, a consultative mentorship network, that provides leadership services and resources to communities. Working at NCSA provides me a unique sense of identity and mission, in that it blends my various background experiences and it allows me to connect with people in a meaningful way. As a National Recruiting Coordinator, my passion is to connect with coaches & families and make the student-athlete’s journey more practical, feasible, and fulfilling.
