      *Design and Development of a sophisticated Temperature Calibration System, an instrumental tool for calibrating temperature sensors. Designed with a Gold Standard Sensor and Reference Unit, the system enables precise calibration at multiple points to achieve linearization. The project comprised two subsystems, Hot Side and Cold Side, allowing calibration at temperatures ranging from 10 to 90 degrees Celsius. Employed Peltier as a thermal generative system and ATMEGA1284 as the microprocessor.*Performed bare-metal coding of the ATMEL Processor, utilizing registers and memory pointers. Managed code compilation and upload using the command-line utility avrdude, with Notepad as the integrated development environment (IDE). *Modified & rewrote the ADS11x Library for interfacing ADS111x with the microcontroller, enabling the output to be of a moving average result based on a specified number of samples.*Executed the implementation of the RS485 communication protocol on AVR Processors. Configured timers, counters, and PWM bit precision using low-level registers, showcasing expertise in low-level programming for efficient communication.*Contributed to the development of a circuit for AC dimming using phase angle detection and TRIAC.*Interfaced the VISHAY TEFLUKUN TCRT9000 4-CHANNEL IR Proximity Detector with Arduino UNO (ATMEGA 364PB), Arduino MEGA (ATMEGA2560), and ESP32. Developed code utilizing Interrupt Service Routines and Interrupt Vectors for efficient interrupt handling and indication system.*Interfaced PT-100 Sensor with a 4-20mA 3-wire transmitter on the Siemens S7-1200 PLC test bench. Applied the solution in the Irani Chai Machine and Steam Boiler for the 72 Hours Challenge conducted by T-Works.*Overseeing the Electrical Wiring for a Drone in Box—a multifunctional landing pad and locking system for drones.*Lead the Inventory Management and Procurement for Initial Setup and Commissioning Sensor Lab at T-Works.
