  Working as the Head of Academic Success, I am responsible for improving students' results by conducting motivational sessions, academic counseling sessions, and helping students improve their performance in exams such as IITJEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET without putting excessive strain on them. Additionally, I enable the use of technology in exam preparation. Furthermore, I lead the Academic Success Team, which works to enhance students' results by monitoring schedules, question papers, and results.
