I was responsible and accountable for setting up the Automation centre of excellence in EMEA. I owned the roadmap and product portfolio of EMEA Robotics platform which grew from inception to maturity incorporating devops, audit controls, reducing tech debt, infrastructure as code, observability with the vision of keeping the platform evergreen to support 100+ automations running 24/7 with 99.9% uptime. I also setup and led 45 engineers across 6 product squads specializing in PEGA, Automation Anywhere and AWS to operate across different business units starting from RFP to full operating model while fulfilling the organisational commitments, leading staffing decisions on tight budget constraints and vendor management.
