      Risk assessment tool for company internal use. Replatform a current sharepoint solution into Ruby On Rails, while integrating with many cross-corporate services. Have leveraged many ruby gems from the open community, while building many new ones for our own needs, to be reused by other application teams as well. Among the different challenges, integrating with company-wide Microsoft Federation Services (ADFS) was accomplished, taking advantage of OpenAM. Mentoring a software development the team on Agile principles, working in a co-located way. Helping to grow the team from 4 to 70 members, including developers, testers, product owners, etc. Implementation of many practices such as TDD, ATDD (FitNesse and SpecFlow), Continuous Integration, among others. Coordinating multiple software development projects in parallel, both initiative and operations, with clients in Australia, Spain and Italy, with processes certified under CMMi Level 3.Implementing plan for risk/issues mitigation post QA revisions.
