      As a Chief Technical Specialist, managed various projects on social cohesion, confidence building through local service delivery, and resilience. • Provided advice to Minister of Local Administration on policies and approaches to participatory democracy and confidence building between citizens and local authorities and supporting local authorities to conduct participatory planning with citizen engagement. • Led conducting a rapid integrated assessment in studying conflict impacts on local governance, social cohesion, community security, non-state actors and livelihoods. Based on the assessment, a series of infographics on “Resilience Monitor” were issued to inform the ongoing conflict impacts. • Led a development of a UN joint programme for “Enhanced Rural Resilience in Yemen” and mobilized funds from the EU. UNDP’s results included emergency employment, entrepreneurship development, sustainable solar energy application, community development, restoration of service delivery and social cohesion.• Managed 11 project staff in three locations in Yemen and provided strategic guidance.       As Governance Advisor in UNDP/PAPP, provided strategic direction to programming on governance, and ensured management of the Governance and Social Development project portfolios. • Co-designed UNDP/PAPP Governance Strategy with the Governance team.• Managed UNDP/PAPP Governance portfolio and provided hands-on programmatic quality assurance to implementation of projects for rule of law, and resilience in Area C and East Jerusalem. • Led the work of a UNDAF result group on governance (UNDP was a co-chair). • Represented UNDP in the National SDG 16 Working Group, which is co-chaired by UNDP and the Ministry of Justice.
