    • Nexxera

      Feb 1999 - Feb 2010

In 2002 I was given the challenge of leading Nexxera's technology team, with more than 100 professionals. This team was responsible for creating financial products that added value to the main product, focused on electronic data interchange (EDI).There were dozens of successful projects that took Nexxera to the level of leader in Financial and Mercantile EDI solutions in Brazil, opportunities that gave me relevant experience in the field of customer relations, team management and crisis management. In 2007, in the midst of a major labor crisis in the Technology area, I went to Spain, to the Autonomous University of Barcelona, to find an innovative talent generation model that we applied in partnership with the University of the South of Santa Catarina (UNISUL), and which guaranteed Nexxera a lung to meet the demands that were growing exponentially. Techpeople, the group's software factory, was born and became its main solution development arm, with more than 20,000 hours of production per month. The successful model became a benchmark and was the basis for the creation of ATEC (Technology Association of the Tubarão region), which I chaired for two years. ATEC was aimed at cooperation between technology companies in order to create a workforce. This experience gave me an important background in cooperativism and lessons on how to face complex crises in the market and survive them. Show less My journey at Nexxera began in 1999, after working for two years as a computer teacher, an experience that gave me a lot of experience in communicating with the public. At Nexxera, which at the time was called Compumarket, I put into practice everything I had learned about programming theory and developed systems for the country's main banks, supporting mission-critical operations linked to the communication of financial data for large companies. I learned and was able to apply project management techniques and, together with a team of specialists, we raised the level of delivery of the company's solutions to clients such as Banco Santander, Bradesco, Itau, CEF and others. The success of the way we produced software and the level of excellence in our deliveries caught the attention of Opens, which acquired the operation in 2011.With the acquisition, I took over as Opens' Technology Director, being responsible for the entire monitoring and customer support operation and for the support and innovation team for SNEP PBX, Opens' main platform. From a technical point of view, I led a major refactoring and modernization of the platform, with teams in Brazil and India.I helped change the way customers bought OpenS solutions, creating the concept of PBX as a service, negotiating the best disbursement path with suppliers and changing the project model to recurring. In 2015, after a very challenging journey at Navita BR in São Paulo, with very important deliveries in terms of products and technology, which changed the way Navita delivers its services, I returned to Florianópolis and took over the operation of Fabrico, a company focused on content production for distance education, which serves institutions such as Laureate, Grupo positivo, ser educacional, ânima and others. • MV

      Apr 2019 - now

In 2022 I took over as MV's Corporate Technology Director, driven by the challenge of structuring a high-performance team and improving important CIA indicators. In 2 years, the actions taken raised the NPS around 130%, improved the software margin by +15%, the largest operations achieved CMMI 3 and MPS-BR C software quality certifications, we received 2 innovation awards in China and Mexico and 1 international technological cooperation award from Huawei China. I paved the way for strategic partnerships with bigtechs such as AWS, HUAWEI and GOOGLE, we regained the award for best electronic medical record in Latin America won in 2024 by the KLAS institute, and today with an operation of approximately 900 technology professionals, we are the authority on healthcare solutions in Brazil and Latin America. I have worked on innovative fronts using Artificial Intelligence and high technology, with investment in high-impact projects worth around 80 million a year. While innovating and maintaining a very robust operation, I lead CIA's core technology team with a software margin of around 70%. Show less After a journey at DTCOM in Curitiba, where I was able to support CIA in the transition of its business model and the creation of innovative content production technologies, I accepted the challenge of leading the technology team at MV Sistemas, the largest healthtech company in Latin America.I started a robust work of organizational change and the creation of a matrix management model, with a concept of governance by objectives (OKr's) and indicators (KPI's) we established a series of points for measurement and continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology and support team. Together with Falconi, one of the largest business management consultancies in Brazil, we matured this model into a scalable organizational structure, which allows the structure to grow horizontally and vertically in line with CIA's M&A moves. The synergy of this model has resulted in a performance gain of around 40%, with an increase in productivity and delivery rates. With the gamification of key result indicators, we generated greater team engagement to meet targets and reduced operating costs by around -16%, ensuring a healthy operation even in the midst of several M&A operations and frequent changes in market positioning.
