      RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conducts detailed retrofit technical design reviews with a specific emphasis on maintainability and operability of systems and equipment. - Provides support and governance for the field and construction teams to achieve successful Retrofit Project Closeout (RPC). - Provides field and construction team support and governance for system/equipment Transfer of Custody (ToC) process. - Performs detailed retrofit technical and operational campus design walks. - Solicits and adjudicates technical and operational feedback from campus teams as retrofit programs approach approval gates. - Partners with field and construction teams to build major maintenance activities into the retrofit execution construction schedule, where pertinent. - Leads development of the operational aspects of the retrofit Program Execution Plans (PEPs) and leads handover of retrofit programs to campus teams. - Develops and provides system/equipment Transfer of Custody (ToC) recommendations (including justification). - Develops and documents the detailed execution strategy (at the system/equipment level), including temporary systems, for retrofits in partnership with retrofit-facing COMs. - Escalation for field teams (operations strategy focused) in support of the construction team during programmatic retrofit execution and close-out. - Communicates best practices/lessons learned identified during retrofit execution to impacted campuses and refines programmatic retrofit execution strategy/approach, as required. - Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25-50%.- Role equivalent to a Technical Program Manager. Spearheaded the completion of several high impact retrofit/construction projects, highlighted by the significant upgrades of network capacity (converted from 208V to 400V, upgraded network from 100G to 200G with eventual 400G capability) and the addition of a new 10eb tape library data hall on live, operational buildings.
