  Nestle is a frozen food manufacturing facility making Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine products. As a General Production (GP) worker, I have been trained to work in many areas of the factory. This is a very labor-intensive job and it requires lifting up to 50 lbs consistently for the entire 10-hour shift. GP’s on average will lift/push/pull between 50,000 pounds to 65,000 pounds in a 10 hour shift. Food quality, cleanliness, and safety are always the main priorities when working.
