In addition to basic laboratory techniques I got experience from cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA and transfections for example.       As a FIMM-EMBL & DSHealth PhD rotation student I focused on learning and applying single cell RNAseq data analysis to AML patient samples. I also performed co-culture experiments of expanded NK cells with cancer cell lines for flow cytometry-based cytotoxicity assay in CML. As a FIMM-EMBL & DSHealth PhD rotation student, I worked with drug sensitivity and resistance data from ALL patient samples and analyzed bulk RNAseq data. As a FIMM-EMBL & DSHealth PhD rotation student, I worked with immunofluorescence imaging-based method aiming to stratify patients who would benefit from PARP inhibitors.

      After 3 months of rotation I continued as Doctoral researcher in HRUH. My project focuses on understanding immune cell subtypes and their function in different hematological malignancies by using single cell technologies.
