      As a Locomotive Driver I was responsible for the safe operation of trains right across the Victorian rail network. Operational this included operating General Container Freight services and Grain Freight services using a range of Victorian Locomotives before moving to central Victoria to operate primarily Grain Services between Geelong, Melbourne and Northern Victoria.       With a robust career spanning two decades in the rail divisions of major mining companies in Western Australia, I have transitioned from an operator to advisory and specialist roles in logistics and workforce training development. My experience includes operational leadership roles, such as supervising daily front-line rail operations teams, serving as a Superintendent and Lead in both operations and functional service teams, and managing a Rail-based RTO as the State Manager in Victoria.Currently, I am working with two innovative companies. At Rapid Teachers, I support the Operations Services team, helping streamline the process of connecting schools with casual relief teachers through a unique application. Additionally, I am in partnership with Enivate, focusing on transforming training using innovative mediums. My expertise includes managing small to medium-sized projects, people, and teams.
