  This role involves liaising with clients and carrying out any tasks they might require of the crew. It is important to keep morale high, to keep the crew busy and to work safetly as we often deal with very heavy & expensive gear.It's also very important to be efficient as we are constantly working to deadlines, to get shows set-up in time for the doors opening.This role requires a very flexible individual, as we work all hours including night shifts, some very long shifts especially around festival season and very frequently work away, travelling around the country to different venues & arenas. It's a role in which you have to be extremely adaptable as every day can pose a new challenge, even now 6 years into my time as crew I can always improve my knowledge and skillset. Show less
