I even had the chance to supervise batches of interns, guiding them through their journey and making sure they felt right at home.But amidst the hustle and bustle, I made sure to sprinkle in some fun and make the workplace feel like a second home for everyone.   Executive Assistant to Country Manager

  Amidst the intensity of my master's thesis, an unexpected opportunity knocked, inviting me to explore a new world. I found myself immersed in a whirlwind of responsibilities that tested my skills and pushed me to grow. From managing complex schedules to coordinating team meetings and company-wide events, every day brought new challenges and opportunities to learn. As an executive assistant to the Country Manager, I had the privilege of supporting both local and regional teams, navigating cross-team communication with professionalism and flair. But amidst the intensity, there was also laughter and camaraderie, as my amazing colleagues became not just coworkers, but friends. Under the guidance of one of the best direct superiors I've ever had, the Country Manager, I learned valuable lessons in leadership and teamwork that have stayed with me to this day. It was an experience filled with growth, learning, and unforgettable memories, and I'm grateful for every moment spent with that amazing group of people.   In my role as HR Manager, I have been fortunate to work under the guidance of a supportive COO and alongside a dedicated cross-functional team. With a focus on strategic human resources management across the regions of Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, I have effectively addressed employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.This position has allowed me to lead regional initiatives that significantly improve employee engagement and retention. I successfully implemented a new HR system within one month, enhancing operations and efficiency across multiple countries.
