I also helped recruit a team of 60-70 people for our national pop-up sales tour and managed three teams across the country in different store locations. Part of my role was to train the team in our sales technique and be a support for them whilst they were in the role.

  Helping build The Recognised Foundation, a charitable entity that acts as the social impact engine room for Recognised, helping people to feel seen, valued and recognised when they need it most. I manage our different charity partner and collaborator relationships, and also seek new partnerships and collaborations to help the foundation thrive, grow and deliver effective impact. I have assisted with the legal set up of the charity and oversee the foundation administration tasks. I also plan and deliver our foundation events and recognition projects. Show less
