      Clinical Trial Assistant

      As a Clinical Trial Assistant, I provided central study support to project team members, management, and sponsors through coordination, review and maintenance of project documentation following ICH/GCP guidelines. I was responsible for maintaining clinical tracking systems of regulatory documents, and assisted in preparation, distribution, management, etc., where needed for study progress. I served as a control contact for the duration of studies, from start-up to project closeout, inspection and review. My main responsibilities included:- Acting as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence and associated documentation- Assisted Clinical Research Specialist (CRS), Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) with accurately updating and maintaining clinical systems that track site compliance and performance within project timelines.- Assisted the clinical team in the preparation, handling, distribution and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
