      Certified Fragrance Sales Specialist Fragrance Passed with Honours

      I took the course again to enhance my knowledge of fragrance even more. This time the course focuses of the Olfactory Families, the way the brain works in regards to scents, and the latest we history of the top selling and most innovative fragrances in the industry from the 1930’s to today. I also took an additional Honours test which really tested my knowledge. I passed both exams with a finishing score of 94%. One of the highest scores achieved in my group/class.

      An intense training in the creation and history of fragrances. I was able to spend time in Paris with a fragrance creator and learn in great detail about how fragrance is created, formulated and distributed.       My role consisted of working alongside the department manager, helping them with the genuine day-to-day running of the department. I would help to ensure all deliveries are unpacked and taken to the shop floor to the correct concessions. I was a ‘Key Holder’ on the tills which gave me additional responsibilities when it came to cashing up at close of day; I was able to check any discrepancies and was relied upon when closing the store to correctly cash up and close down the till points. I would go to multiple concession brands and help them with events and exclusive promotions, winning many nation wide incentives from such brands as; Urban Decay, Kennith Green Associates, YSL and many more.       I was given my own account in Westfield [London] Shopping Centre, where the company built a brand new boutique counter in the luxury side of the shopping centre; “The Village” in House Of Fraser.
