  I began with customer services and did check in for Air NZ Domestic. I did weight and balance (load control) along with coordinating arrivals and departures for Air New Zealand Link. I was responsible for boarding and delay announcments through the terminal along with documenting and delayed departures. I negotiated allocation of gates for over 50 arrival and departures daily. I was chosen to run the very first time management programme introduced to Air NZ and became a Team Resource Manager.

  Manage the marketing budget. Introduced an effective & successful strategy which achieved over 50% reduction in budget spend and a significant increase of engagement across social media & Google. Develop strategies, plans and organise external domestic marketing plans, collateral, PR and other activities that raise brand awareness.
