  Activities and Societies: EPS Young Minds Project I studied matter physics and in particular optics. My thesis is entitled : "Realization of a quantum walk in the orbital angular momentum space of the photon" and was supervised by professor Lorenzo Marrucci. During this work I acquired competencies in quantum optics and light orbital angular momentum technology, both theoretical and experimental. I also learned to use the softwares Mathematica and LabView.

  My Ph.D. was in the field of quantum optics and quantum information. I developed and implemented novel protocols for quantum communication and worked on the realization of two ultra-narrowband single-photon sources (one at 780 nm and one at 852 nm) for photon-atom interaction. I was also involved in other projects such as entanglement of temporal orders and gravitationally induced phase shift on a single photon. I tutored undergraduate and graduate students
