  As the central link between the departements Product, Marketing, Communications/Brand, Sales & Service, my tasks within the kununu Organizational Development & Enablement Team include:- Product Onboarding & Training:Designing and delivering tailored onboarding and training programs for internal sales teams and external partner agencies, ensuring a deep understanding and effective use of our products through engaging and practical sessions.-Knowledge management:Responsible for product onboarding and product training. Managing and maintaining the knowledge base on SharePoint for easy and up-to-date accessibility.- Information management: Ensuring that Sales is always informed about the latest product updates, marketing campaigns and relevant news.- Communication and Engagement:Creating and sending a weekly engagement newsletter for the sales team.The aim of this is to boost communication, collaboration and product knowledge in order to maximise the efficiency and success of the kununu sales teams and our partners.
