      Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) East Asian Language and Civilization

      Graduated with honors in East Asian history. In addition to the general history and cultural studies requirements, I focused my free major credits and elective credits on art history and art practical courses, with an emphasis on Japanese modern art.

      Japan Study exchange program School of International Liberal Studies

      One year exchange program in Tokyo, Japan. I completed courses in modern Japanese history, East Asian art history, and Japanese sociology, as well as intensive courses to develop Japanese language skills. I also completed a one month cultural practicum in a small town north of Hiroshima, teaching English at the local elementary and middle schools.
