Show less - Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements- Optimize equipment and production processes through effective planning.- Coordinate delivery of stock to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule- Utilize SAP system to generate manufacturing stock orders- Release manufacturing work orders to the warehouse- Coordinate between warehouse and purchasing on material shortages - Notify Sales of any schedule impacts to customers- Coordinate/expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achieved- Completes status reports, such as production progress, customer information and materials inventory- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Cooler Manager duties:- Manage and oversee Team Leaders processes including; inventory stock levels in the Primary Cooler and invoicing to depots- Manage cost per receiving per line and manage the expense the warehouse incurs during receiving.- Manage the receiving productivity of the line receiving from production to Primary Cooler.- Manage and oversee KPI’s met in terms of receiving accuracy, received orders agains production orders.- Maximize and drive efficiencies on receiving cycle times, including dock door utilization.- Drive optimization and efficiencies of; Put away cost, labour productivity and accuracy, labour and equipment utilization and put-away cycle time per production line.- Main objective: Reduce the cost of storage over a particular span of time including the cost of inventory, capital, service, damage, and obsolescence. Increasing stock turnaround in storage, to reduce high cost to the warehouse and therefore optimize Production throughput and primary distribution efficiencies.
