      Mission: Develop and manage HR operational activities in line with the ACTA’s HR strategy and the people management strategy and apply it to the local needs stimulating people to follow the Atlas Copco.values and the way we do things. Activities and responsibilities: · Act according to guidelines received from ACTA HR Manager CC Southwest Europe and according to local rules in Spain getting support from HR’s network in Coslada. · Interact with 3 Business Lines and ensure good cooperation with teams. · Staff Administration / Payroll: Administrative management of staff, temporary workers (integration of newcomers, hiring formalities, invoicing, relation with temporary agencies) and follow-up of monthly payroll variable elements, preparation of administrative and contractual documents. · Use guidelines and update of our internal HR tools: HR Link, Learning Link, Career Link, Concur, the Hub…). · Responsable to manage the VC Performance and form process (feedback). · Training Plan. · Recruitment process (Provide and ensure job postings in our internal job market and Career link, select and contact applications with adequate profiles to organize interviews). · Provide an efficient monthly and quarterly reporting · Work closely with the ACTA HR Manager in France to coordinate all HR projects initiated by the group. · Regular travels in France for one-to-one meetings and WebEx with the ACTA HR Manager. · Collaborate regularly with HR colleagues to share best with HR colleagues to share best practices and be part of the global HR network (team buildings, seminars, meetings, workshops). · Support the ACTA HR Manager on BBM, BRM and HR’s presentations and employer branding activities. .
