      This model is a three-years dual training and professional development course, which consists of a practical and a theoretical part. The practical and theoretical parts take place in turns. Each period lasts between six and eight weeks. Including an internship abroad in a Shell subsidiary.For the practical part the student concludes a working contract with Shell Oil Company Germany and works at this company as a normal employee. During the whole vocational training period the student works in different departments of Shell Germany. For the theoretical parts the student attends a college.
