  • NIOEC site coordinator for civil activities A new distillation unit and also some catalytic units were added to the existing refinery. I was coordinating land rough grading, excavation, concrete pouring and at the end, all were hand over to mechanical contractors. • NIOEC representative in revamp area.All the trays of vacuum distillation tower were replaced with the packing bed and also some modifications were done on existing exchangers; pipelines and etc.• NIOEC representative in mechanical vendor workshops. There were 5 critical vendors which had workshop in the site. They were Hundai Heavy Industries for RFCC reactor and regenerator, Chinese First Heavy Industries and Belleli energy Co. both for RCD reactors, Mashin Sazi Arak for V-3403 and Azar Ab Co. for lots of important vessels • NIOEC site coordinator for heavy lifting contractor There were two heavy lifting contractors in the site, MAMMOET and JV of ODCC and TCCS. • NIOEC deputy site manager for utility area.Cooling tower, Boilers, GTG and HRSG, steam turbine generator unit, DM water and waste water treatment.• NIOEC Pre-Commissioning / start up coordinator For pipelines the main activity was flashing and reinstatement.
