  Successfully proposed and deployed Phase 1 of the Material Master Re-Architecture project in December 2017. The project was designed to streamline and simplify Material Masters, Material Groups, and associated Val Class and GL configuration for consumable and permanent procurement, enterprise wide. Goals included aligning with UNSPSC structure, improving data accuracy, and reducing time spent searching for and buying items with material masters. Followed with an enhancement to create specific material master solution for Corporate Equipment Asset team. While transitioning to Risk, continuing responsibilities include troubleshooting GL issues as they arise, provide guidance to KSN and other internal clients, document data dictionaries related to MMRA. Transitioned into role researching, developing, and proposing an enterprise risk management system designed to identify, manage, mitigate, and prevent risk from being introduced into our supply network, with a key focus on protecting the brand. As part of developing this greenfield area of risk analysis for the corporation, engaged key stakeholders across multiple functions (Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Safety, Environmental, InfoSec, Audit, etc.). Was responsible for providing leadership to and developing the staff on my team responsible for entry, creation, deletion, classification, characterization and analysis of material Master Data. I set policies and procedures for material Master Data management across the company, and serviced requests from Senior Managers in regards to material Master Data reporting and analysis. As transitions lead, led Gap Workshops to determine what build was necessary to meet district Business Requirements; Led design sessions and integration meetings to align new solutions into overall design; Developed data conversion strategy and schedule for Legacy Project Cut-over; Successfully sought and obtained Board approval with ROI analysis on design changes.As testing lead, ensured systems were verified by key stakeholders to ensure key business processes would be functional on KieCore systems and applications; Managed testing processes and reported progress in HP Application Lifecycle Management (HPQC).
