      • Manages the health, fitness and conditioning of 125 student athletes per year• Significantly impacted the health and performance of the student athletes by reducing injuries• Implemented first pre-habilitation program for Women’s Soccer resulting in reduced injury rates• Oversees the integration and management of a collaborative approach to identifying movement patterns, performance parameters, and implement corrective solutions and monitoring strategies • Interprets the results of testing, practice, strength training regimens, athlete self-reporting, and other factors that help increase human performance and decrease injury rates (GPS, Load Monitoring, Movement Assessments, etc.) • Design, plan and deliver all aspects of sports performance programs utilizing non-linear undulating periodization models • Supervise, mentor, and manage graduate assistants and interns that have since gained employment with professional sports teams • Instruct technical exercises, Olympic lifts, plyometric progression, multi directional movement training, dynamic warm-ups & cool downs• Implement injury alternative exercises during team lifts while collaborating with Sports Medicine staff to ensure an effective and efficient rehabilitation process • Monitor training load in conjunction with the coaches to prevent overtraining syndrome while maximizing athletic performance. • Provide detailed performance and rehabilitation analysis to coaches • Administer several types of mobility and flexibility to increase joint and fascial range of motion • Motivate, educate and guide athletic improvement and injury prevention Show less Instruct undergraduate and graduate classes and laboratories for students in exercise physiology.
