  I am the Project Lead for EPFO's landmark modernization project titled ‘Development & Maintenance of Centralized IT Enabled System for EPFO’ which is being executed by M/s CDAC. The role involves critical Project Management skills and the creation of a 3-way dynamic interface between EPFO's User Departments and other Organs, M/s CDAC and M/s Deloitte - the PMC agency. I am deeply invested in the entire development cycle of IT Projects - like VAPTs, UATs, E-Gov Standards, interaction with OEMs, and other government bodies like NIC, MeitY, UIDAI etc. Show less

The KRAs include Induction/Onboarding programmes, regular/mid-career and stage specific training interventions in Core Government/Core EPFO, Behavioural and Leadership Domains.
