  I was working in a public administration (Dirección General de la Marina Mercante), participate in all the SDLC. Analyzing customer’s requirements, designing and developing the application, design database relation model, database maintenance, developing database artifacts (functions, stored procedures, views, triggers).Deployed the application in a Citrix environment, support to final users, resolve issues.We deployed a framework used in all the applications developed before by thirds. As framework consultant, we work given support to others team, defining new requirements, resolving framework issues.I began as a developer and finish as principal responsible of the framework, and all the application developed under it.   As database technical lead, i have severals goals in my daily tasks Database Administrator in SQL Server 2005/2008 and Oracle 10g/11g/2c. Main task: o Deployment databases in both DBMS. o Generate maintenance plans, and db jobs. o Deploy recovery plans to ensure high availability. o Create triggers. o Pl/Sql and t-sql development (Stored Procedures and functions) o Generate data migration process, to replicate in remote environments, using SQL Server Audit and SQL Server CDC (Change data capture). o Deploy quickly restore process using snapshots (SQL Server) and flashback recovery point (Oracle), with the purpose of restore db to a stable point in the minimum time. o Analyze queries performance, and analyze queries execution plans in both systems. o Update database version executing scripts. o Audit systems. o Analyze DB architectures and propose design improvements. o Test data generation with Power Designer, using reverse engineering. o Database server maintenance (create backups, restore database in both DBMS) o Maintenance of conceptual and logical database models of our differents products. o Database modification scripts. The main objective was define a global solution to store the data from all the different data providers creating a unique common data model base on FHIR Standard, homogenizing the different vocabularies, integrating anonimization tools to guarantee the patient privacy, and develop data feature extraction pipelines for training ML models, generating some data quality metrics and data drifting.
