  Effectively present/train/facilitate innovative and unique workshops and curriculum in four different programs, Readiness and Deployment Support; Lifestyles, Insights, Networking, Knowledge, and Skills; Family Readiness Program; and LifeSkills to small and large audiences ranging from 3-350 Marines, Sailors and family participants, to include conducting the most training hours for all of Marine and Family Programs in the 6 month span for the appraisal period upon being newly hired. Developed 4 new training programs/curriculums based on standardized objectives to engage participants in the learning process to establish relevancy based on audience experience and collaboration with subject matter experts to increase attendance in workshops by roughly 75%. Engage audiences in a positive, educated, and professional manner that inspires continued patronage at MCFTB workshops and promotes the overall mission and vision of the Marine Corps Community Services organization. Coordinated and implemented Zoom Deployment Support Workshops for Marines who were deployed to countries such as Kuwait, Djibouti, Afghanistan, and Japan to provide continued training and educational support as well as preparation for those planning on transitioning out of the Marine Corps.
