  Sandy hill child care

  In 2015 I had the opportunity to train as the new Director for Sandy Hill Child Care. I am responsible for all policy making, implementing changes is accordance with the Ministry of Education, staff hiring and training. This is only a small portion of my responsibilities, as my job requires me to monitor staff on a daily basis as well as 44 children. I am constantly searching out new ways to improve our program so we can offer high quality child care . I have been an educator at Sandy Hill Child Care since December 1997. During this time I worked with both toddler preschool age groups. I initiated and maintained a reading and book sales program for several years. I have been responsible for different fundraising events as well. I began training for the directors position in the spring of 2015
