In 2016 The Finnish Guides and Scouts participated in the Common Responsibility-gathering (Yhteisvastuukeräys, www.yhteisvastuu.fi) as a partner receiving 20 % of the profits to work against social exclusion. I led the project on the side of Guides and Scouts on the national level. I was also in charge of development and acquisition of software to answer to various needs of Guides and Scouts. Key achievements: New nationwide sales records of the Advent calendar in 2015 and 2017, over 20 % increase in the received institutional funding, launch and development of the Advent Calendar webshop and the nationwide management of the Common Responsibility gathering.
