Abnormalities such as intermittence or SIM error will be proactively handled from our end by performing a remote reboot or configuration change.• Provide email support to customers. Thorough checking and troubleshooting steps will be provided to the customers until the issue is resolved. The checking includes signal quality, positioning and placement, router and SIM status, and configuration error.• Schedule maintenance activities such as SIM Swap, SIM checks and Firmware Upgrade to any necessary sites with a thorough process starting from informing the customers via email for confirmation and updating them before and after the maintenance activity is completed.
