  I acted as Asset Manager on a neighbourhood shopping centre portfolio of 9 assets with a value of $300m in WA, with tenants including Coles, Woolworths, Kmart & Bunnings.Primewest merged with Centuria in June 2021, and was rebranded to Centuria in October 2022.

  Primewest merged with Centuria in June 2021, creating a combined group listed on the ASX-200 Index with $20.6 billion in assets under management as at 30 June 2022. I acted as Fund Analyst on the Primewest unlisted Daily Needs Retail fund portfolio, responsible for 15 funds with a value of $745m as at December 2022. In this role I was responsible for investor correspondence, internal fund level reporting, debt covenant management, fund level budgeting, acquisition reviews, preparation of board documents and oversight of asset management team recommendations in regards to CAPEX and leasing.In my time on the portfolio I covered the end to end establishment of a $71.2m unlisted wholesale fund (Northgate Geraldton Trust) and the divestment of five properties across two funds on a portfolio basis to SCA (now Regions Group) for $180m.
