Aug 2014 - Jun 2016Spa receptionistI got an internal transfer from Elemis Spa at St.Regis Hotel Bangkok after 11 months of working for Elemis to Anantara Dhigu Resorts and Spa, Maldives which both are under Mspa International company ltd. I work for 3 cluster islands there at the Maldives and work with multi-cultural people over 25-35 people like Indonesian, Philippines, Indian, Australian, Bangladesh, Kenya people etc. Below are my responsibilities during in Maldives as a receptionist :-Conduct Inventory and create Inventory sheet to control stock loss, over stock and prevent stolen in both Elemis Spa and Anantara Dhigu Resort & Spa.-Working as a Pre-opening team of Sundari Ayurvedic Spa in Anantara Veli Resort & Spa to ensure all the treatments and menus are well prepared and can be served in a timely manner.-Be a representative of spa department going for arrival meetings with other management people during the absence of manager and Director.-Responsible for Monthly Reports, Retail Incentives, Member or Package Incentives, Hotel Staff incentives and Tips Distribution.-Understand yield management. Maximize revenues, increase therapist efficiency & utilization etc.-Initiate a retail competition to create a sense of friendly competition and motivation in a team.-Conduct the product knowledge training of Elemis and Skin lab machine.-Retail focused/ has been a department top up seller consecutively(about 15-22% of the total retail’s revenue)- Understand yield management and maximize revunues in each properties with the limitation of therapists that they have to work in 3 islands- Solves all the glitches professionally and independently.-Confirm Revenue at the end of the month for 3 properties together.-Create montly promotion - Think strategically. Jul 2016 - Sept 2016Senior spa receptionistFor the past 3 years I am on the development plan to become a senior spa receptionist at Elemis Spa, ST. Regis Bangkok but I decided to transfer to abroad at Anantara Resorts and Spa, Maldives to gain more experiences in a huge operation with more than 25 people and multi-culture in this department. This island consists of 3 cluster islands in a resort. I learned a lot about the yield management in resorts life which can adapt some of experiences in city hotel to reach our monthly target. Once I see the opportunity of being Senior Spa Receptionist, I transfer back and below is my responsibities for few months :- All formula I have been created before tranfering to Maldives, the team is still using as usual to reduce time consuming in doing reports.-Be a representative of spa department during the absence of manager and Director.-Responsible for Monthly Reports which include financial reports.- Train therapist how to maximize the revenue and encourage the team to go for mini massage by the pool though it is the city hotel and set the spa display at the breakfast with therapist standby to create awareness of the spa.- Recognize therapists and receptionists who have done an exceptional services and be a role model to conduct play role during the briefing.-Understand yield management. Maximize revenues, increase therapist efficiency etc.-Conduct the product knowledge training of Elemis and Skin lab machine and guide how to close the sales after doing the skin analysis.-Conduct the training of Anatomy and Physiology for therapists and do training plan for the team so that they will be confident in explaining to the clients especially to the foreigner guests who lives in Bangkok and convince them to come back and be a regular guest.-Assist Spa Director in creating promotion of the month to be attractive and not effect much of the cost of the treatment.-Handling in Roster of Spa receptionists, therapists and attendance.
