       Working as Implementation coordinator for Bell Canada (Canadian Telecommunication Company), I coordinate with all required Migration teams of Bell or outside of Bell (Bank of Montreal, Macdonald’s and Bank of Nova Scotia) to execute the cutovers as per project specified timeline. Proactively manage the customer’s telecom business requirements, order management through the lifecycle of delivery. Arrange the L2 and L3 network support team when the biggest issue comes on site at the migration time and give support to client technical team on their request. Create the Incident with Bell business helpdesk support, third party helpdesk and leased line helpdesk support for network issue and Bell manage device issue on site, besides arrange the technician on first priority and discuss with escalation manager and Bell Network support team. Provide our customers with a single point of contact to support the implementation of their newly acquired products and services. Integrity of the information. Perform sanity check on project database and other source of information. Create, maintain and update project repository. Participate in project meetings internal and external to Bell. Organize logistics, take meeting minutes, update action item register, and follow up as required.
