  Navy Command Technical Language Advisor (TLA), 2010-2012As NIOC Maryland command Technical Language Advisor, tracked and reported on the overall technical language readiness for 330 command personnel using 38 distinct languages working in dozens of NSAW offices and product lines. Led a team of six that provided fleet-wide guidance and individually-tailored training plans to each linguist and reported qualification status of each linguist to decision makers. Fostered a dynamic and highly-adaptable command-wide technical language learning environment and tracking system which had the flexibility to adjust to various missions, skill sets, and levels of expertise. Immediately identified and rectified any critical training deltas.Developed command language instruction which delineated personnel responsibilities and ensured the command met all COMFLTCYBERFOR language readiness objectives. Oversaw creation of a database which tracked all language readiness.Advised NSA’s cryptologic training advisory group on way-ahead for apprentice crypto-linguistic training.   While under the auspices of the Special Operations Forces Targeting Training Element (STTE), conceived, implemented and managed the training processes for a learning site with 20 separate courses and an annual student throughput of over 300. This US Special Operations Command training encompasses a cradle-to-grave training solution for forward-deployed servicemembers in support of worldwide tactical operations.Implemented a Course Management System (CMS) utilizing Microsoft Sharepoint® and Publisher® that tracks, organizes, and reports on all facets of program training. Specifically, I created new student and customer feedback vehicles, which were developed within the Kirkpatrick Four Levels™ of training evaluation framework.Wrote dozens of highly technical After-Action Reports and long-term reporting products for dissemination to in-theater and flag-level commanders. These reports explained complex SIGINT concepts for non-SIGINT consumers.Highly skilled in MS Office Professional, to include: Publisher®, Word®, PowerPoint®. Adobe InDesign®Prepared complex written information for online and print consumption. Edited official correspondence, to include policies, procedures, instructions, and memoranda. Developed complete marketing campaigns for online (inbound) marketing of TCS cybersecurity services, software, and training solutions using HubSpot’s Inbound Marketing tool. • Conceived, designed, implemented, and submitted winning proposals for Federal, State, and local governments, as well as commercial entities, for cybersecurity, connected health, and public safety opportunities. Using APMP best practices and procedures, led a diverse team of subject matter experts, finance personnel, and “C-Level” executives in the submission of Technical, Past Performance, Managerial, and Pricing Volumes.• Developed, produced, and measured the effectiveness of online marketing content for TCS Cyber Intelligence Group’s Art of Exploitation® (AoE™) Cybersecurity Portfolio. Online content included blogs, webinars, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, newsletters, and other online content for AoE Training and Services. These campaigns averaged over 400 page views and 43 sales-qualified leads per month with an average 4% click-through rate: double the expected 2%.• Interviewed subject matter experts in telecommunications, cybersecurity, and connected health to produce user manuals, by-lined articles, and other thought-leader pieces for trade shows, industry periodicals, and TCS clients.• Drafted, edited, and produced DoD-compliant training syllabi and course materials for advanced cybersecurity courses of instruction following standardized “ADDIE”-model ISD processes and best practices.
