I was given as a net profit target per year as a key performance indicator for over 25 billion IDR in 2015. Cost optimalization in budget for over 100 billion IDR per year. Collection of old aging from service charge, utilities and sinking fund from tenant and owner of shop with more than 7 billion IDR and collection of current aging for more than 45 billion IDR per year. I have a duty to maintain a visitor to come for more than 17 million per year to the Thamrin City Mall. I have a duty to maintain volume number of sales and casual leasing for the opening of new shop and food court for more than 1000 new shops and owners. I have to maintain customer satisfaction index for more than 80 percent result in satisfaction per year at the mall.
