  As a Business Digital Development Manager, I have successfully led and executed several key projects that have significantly enhanced operational efficiency and technological advancement within the organization. Implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System): I spearheaded the deployment of a robust MES platform, streamlining production processes and improving real-time data visibility and decision-making. Development of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for Safran Tunisia: I led the development and deployment of BIM technology at the Safran Tunisia site, revolutionizing the way construction and infrastructure projects are managed.
