  USSOCOM WCP-CC Fellowship

  As a JTAC (Joint Terminal Attack Controller) Simulator Instructor Intern with F3EA, I am gaining hands-on experience in training and simulation operations within a dynamic instructional environment supporting USSOCOM joint fires efforts. This internship is part of the USSOCOM Warrior Care Transition Program Fellowship pathway, which provides transitioning service members an opportunity to develop instructional and technical skills in the civilian sector.Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the operation and instruction of JTAC and joint fire support simulation training exercises. • Support the development and execution of realistic training scenarios. • Provide feedback and evaluation to trainees on communication and coordination skills. • Maintain and troubleshoot simulation systems to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with experienced instructors to enhance training methodologies. • Gain insight into training management, curriculum development, and instructional techniques.
