  National Sales Manager Sept. 2010-May 2018 Hired as the first employee when the brand was founded in 2010. Grew wholesale business from 1 retail location to 2,500+ and wholesale revenue from $1 to $35M. Built brand with founders from 1 single product choice offering to an international business operating across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail channels of $120M. Designed and Built store display from first display holding 80 units with a $500 retail value to 4 current display holding anywhere from 400 units to 2,000 units, with a retail value from $1200 to $7,500. Managed growth of retail location diversification from small boutiques, surf & gift shops to specialty and department stores to off-price locations. Supported brand through parent company buyout in 2019 for $75M. Implemented wholesale channel-wide marketing and social media campaigns. Coordinate and plan brand presence at 15+ trade shows annually. From Booth set up and design, travel for all employees. Managed team of 8+ outside reps spanning across 12 states along with 3 inside sales reps producing a total of 11 million dollars in business each year.Key Accounts Manager May 2018 –Present Established, maintained, and grew key account business relationships including Amazon, Nordstrom, Scheel’s, Tilly’s, Follett College Bookstores, and Kohl’s representing 25% of the total wholesale business in most recent years. Grew Kohls business from 80,000 to 1.7 million in 4 month and expand from 25 doors to 1170 location + Kohls.com Grew Scheel's business from 10 locations to all doors with multiple displays in each location.
