This covers a large and complex portfolio including global telecoms, security, and private cloud messaging and collaboration services.Most recently I was a key member of the bid and negotiation team which persuaded the client to move its legacy email service to a true private cloud delivery model for MS Exchange 2010 collaboration.I played a front of house role in the contract negotiation, solution design, and sale of a multi $M global telecommunications outsource and was instrumental in the design of the global backbone solution which provides the client an always available data centre foundation.
