      Since assuming the role of National Sales Manager in 2019, I've led a transformational journey marked by several key accomplishments.One of my major achievements was converting our credit business from 50% to a full 100% cash model. Through systematic changes and by aligning strategies with the sales team, we not only achieved this conversion but also experienced significant growth in sales volume.Central to our success was the high-performing team I assembled and managed.
