  • Through testing applications in development and production environment, Functional Test, Integration Test, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Production Trial Run (PTR) as a User.• Analyze Defect base on Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Technical Specification Document (TSD).• Coordinating and working closely with business, product owner & IT team to help report, tracks and follow up with defects functional or UI/UX found on the application during development and oversaw overall product development process.• Report to manager for progress testing, ticket update, and upgrade which requires a higher escalation to speed up ticket solving.• Handling production issue of Livin' By Mandiri and Message Banking Bank Mandiri.
