  • Supervisory role in successful operation and maintenance in prestigious Rajdhani and Shatabdi trains. Schedule maintenance of electrical equipment operating on 750 and 415V supply installed in the LHB coaches i.e. 415V Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC), Microcontrollers, Pumps, transformers, batteries, safety relays and contactors.• O&M of high-capacity Power Car having 500 kVA Diesel Generator (750V) which is equipped with safety protection like Air Circuit Breaker, FEL and FOL and distribution of 750V supply through high-capacity electromagnetic feeder contactors which is interlocked with Hotel Load Converter (HLC) supply from electric loco or DG supply• Proficiency in dealing with procurement, review of AAC/EAC of critical stock items, material management and quality control including tendering process, appraisal and technical coordination with suppliers/subcontractors.• Good understanding of RAMS, REPC, PTCC, TCMS, CCMS and CMMS.• Technical Assistance to the HOD – Chief Electrical Service Engineer of NR in data driven decision making,• Monitoring of Head ON Generation (HOG) supply through Electric Loco in NR which resulted in saving of fuel consumption Rs.267 Crs and bring reduction of 65,331MT of CO2 emission in 2022-23.• Compilation of punctuality, asset failure, HOG operations, fuel consumption in non- traction and Customer complaints data collected from monitoring software and field or depots from divisions to analyze root cause of failure and draw conclusions for data driven policy making and vendor appraisal.• Engineering management and liaising with divisions, depots & workshops over NR for implementation of policies, special drives within stipulated time and coordinating onsite problems.Technical Audit and regular field Inspections (till now-70 trains, 12 coaching depots) with engineering teams or supervisors to comply with instructions of Railway manuals and schedule maintenance in coordination with cross-functional departments.
