  I was associated as General Manager Operation with small Scale API Manufacturing Company in Tarapur MIDC Thane Responsible for all technical activity for developing new projects, equipment selection, cost improvement, etc. I was responsible for all production & administration activities.I developed & launched Diethyl methyl malonate 20tons per month first time in India. Also launched. Zero discharged effluent treatment plant. I also API like Baclofen, Benoylperroxide, Ehyamcylate, Calcium dobicylate, TolpirisoneHCl, Epirisone HCl, cyclopentolate, tropicamide, Polycrusoline, Epirisone, Tolpirisone, etc. . I am an expert in high-pressure hydrogenation reaction using a catalyst. I am exposed to dealing with environmental & pollution matter, zero discharge activities as per new pollution effluent control norms by developing Evaporation technique of 2000L/12hrs effluent thereby generating steam which is used in the plant, etc. Show less
