Information on FLI activities and relevant news/articles has been compiled and/or collected from other staff members, and edited in the established style for the quarterly (?or other frequency?) newsletter, including coordination with printer for its publication, and with the LT for its distribution.2. The contents of the newsletter are uploaded onto the web site immediately after its publication.1. Facilitate trainings in the domains of linguistics and culture2. Revised training material in the above domains according to trainees need Training coordination6. All language-based vernacular resources are archived, as well as language project supervisor and coordinator reports (including but not only MLE) for the purpose of documentation, evaluation, and providing samples, when requested7. Information regarding upcoming training events (i.e. number of participants expected, food, hostel, classroom needs and supplies needed) is communicated to FLI’s Executive Director so that he can effectively supervise/coordinate those who are handling these matters. – Translation1. Translation projects, especially workshop materials and resources, are completed in final format and on time, according to FLI’s standards and to the satisfaction of lead facilitators.2. Feedback on the clarity and usefulness of the resources translated is obtained and suggestions for improvement are included in the next project. 3. The database of key terms, as agreed by the leadership team or a group designated by the LT, is well documented in a database, kept up-to-date, and made accessible to all FLI facilitators and LT.
