They had a need for Philosophy tutors, so I signed up and went through several weeks of lessons, learning everything from peer support to communication skills. In this role, I had the pleasure of conducting seminars for the Office of Academic Skills (OAS) about how to succeed in college. On several occasions, I presented to entire sports teams about the various skills they would need to keep their grades up and their scholarships, intact.

  As a Tech Driver at Keller Williams, the largest part of my job description was to help Keller Williams Real Estate Agents adopt KW's proprietary CRM software called Command. Consequently, I had to teach myself how to use brand-new software for which there was very little technological support or guidance.At the start of the role, I also filled in for the Front Desk Manager position, learning a brand new field while managing phone calls, emails, and general office administration.From my efforts, more Agents adopted the platform and most importantly, used the technology to run lead-generation campaigns and track their growing pipelines. Show less I was editing some videos in the sitting area of a Keller Williams branch, waiting for my mom (who was a Real Estate Agent at the time), to make some copies when KW's Team Leader asked me if I could edit videos for them. From the conversation, I let him know I also could run Facebook Ads and was immediately hired for a trial job. At the time, if you knew what you were doing, FB advertisements had an extremely high ROI. Ads I ran for KW generated leads for pennies on the dollar, securing me a great side income while in college. Show less
