We reached 80% of the organisation , over 20 000 employees.Highlights were: - creating a global toolkit aligned with the outsourcing implementation methodology and then coaching regional transofrmation teams to deliver the approach. - designing a 39-service intranet package of global services, in 15 languages - never done that before, a really good experience.   Project managed design, development and implementation of a new global service to increase Shell's capability to manage third party risk ( Trade Compliance, Anti-Money-Laundering, Anti-Bribery and Corruption). This involved pioneering use of technology to create a new platform around which we built a multi-centre global service running a range of screening services for Shell Group.
