  I serve as the Chief Experience Officer at Myriad Health + Fitness. In this role, I help to oversee our coaching and classes to ensure that we are delivering the best experience possible to our members and working to achieve our mission - to improve lives through health + fitness coaching across generations. After years of participating in the CrossFit and Yoga community and working part time as a coach, I began a full-time position at Myriad Health + Fitness (formerly NapTown Fitness) in 2015 upon graduation from IUPUI. It is my job to give members of our community the best possible hour of coaching and teaching that I can while providing and safe and encouraging environment to push themselves on their health + fitness journey. While I was in my undergraduate degree and playing Division I soccer at IUPUI, I coached part time at the gym to get more involved in the community and to hone my skills as a coach and leader.
